Ree has been married to her husband Ladd for several years now and is very happy in their relationship. However, her husband and nephew got into an accident almost a month ago.
Caleb Drummond is the nephew of Ladd Drummond and pioneer woman Ree Drummond. Caleb and Ladd got into a car accident which landed both Ladd and Caleb in the hospital.
What Happened To Caleb Drummond Son Of Ladd Drummon?
Caleb Drummond and Ladd Drummond got into an accident on March 10 about eight miles west of Pawhuska. Both Ladd & Caleb were driving Himmat Fire Truck on County Road N3660.
Even though Caleb was driving Southbound & Ladd was driving Northbound, the trucks collided and hit one another head-on because of high winds on a gravel road.
The visibility decreased due to the wind, and they ended up colliding with one another’s vehicles. However, neither of them was wearing a seatbelt which resulted in Caleb ejecting approximately 70 feet from their rest points.
They were rushed to the nearest medical center in Tulsa, where Caleb got admitted due to serious injuries. Caleb was in a critical condition with several injuries on his head, arm, leg, & several internal injuries.
Ladd refused the medical treatment at first but later was admitted after finding out he broke his neck in two places. One of his fractures was close to being very lethal, as per the reports.
However, Caleb is the nephew of Ladd, and Ree Drummond & is not their son.

Is Caleb Drummond Dead?
Caleb Drummond is still alive. He got rushed to the hospital for serious injuries soon after his collision. He was admitted to the St. John Medical Center in Tulsa.
However, Caleb has fully recovered from the injuries, that he suffered from the accident. He has gone back to his normal life & can function normally.

Ladd is also healing from his injuries. Even though Ladd has not fully recovered, with some time, Ladd will go back to how he was as well. Ladd has not fully gained his physical mobility.
