According to veteran Hoosiers, radio personality Don Fischer, legendary IU basketball coach Bob Knight is having health problems.
Fischer was questioned about what it would take for Knight to make amends with IU and return to Assembly Hall on the radio show “The Drive with Jack & Tom” on Wednesday.
Fischer replied that he was hesitant to comment at this time since coach Knight was not feeling well, adding that the 78-year-old Hall of Fame coach is “not well.”
Knight was dealing with some serious problems, and he found it difficult to discuss them simply because a person of Knight’s intelligence and ability to coach basketball was not in good health.
