Andrew Bynum was trying to make a comeback to NBA until 2018. However, after that, his whereabouts are unknown.
Recently, there were rumors that Andrew Bynum was arrested. But, there are no official reports about it on the internet. Nonetheless, here are the details about his past and the speculations about him.
What Happened To Former American Basketball Player Andrew Bynum?
Like most big men, the former NBA player Andrew Bynum had suffered a knee problem. Standing at seven feet, he was one of the tallest on the court. Unfortunately, he dislocated his kneecap in 2008 during a match against Memphis Grizzlies while he landed in an awkward position.
Thus, he also had to undergo arthroscopic surgery before returning to court. Then he missed 46 games in total, which was a huge loss as an athlete. However, in September of 2008, he announced he was fine and signed a four years contract with the Lakers.
But it was unfortunate that the athlete had a right knee sprain while playing against Memphis on 3 January 2009. A few days later, it was revealed he had a torn MCL in the same knee and would not be able to play for 8 to 12 weeks.
He has had to face his leg situation in almost every season since. During 2010-2011 he had a hyperextended knee, which was later revealed as a bruise through MRI.
Later in the 2013-14 season, while he was with Cleveland Cavaliers, he received Orthokine treatment for both his legs. As he was recovering, he injured his left knee while bowling. However, he underwent arthroscopic surgery on both of his knees on season-ending.
Again in 2014, he signed in with Indiana Pacers, and only after two games has he faced the same situation again that he had been facing from 2007 onwards. He had soreness on his right knee and missed the entire season.
Although his love for the games tried pulling him again as he attempted an NBA comeback in late 2018, it seemed unsuccessful.
Where Is Andrew Bynum Now? Citings With Indiana Pacers For The Last Time

Bynum’s career ended quite soon as anyone had expected. He was seen as one of the potential athletes and was picked in the first round and was 10th in overall selection.
But he was in trouble because of his knee from the starting days of his career. Despite that, he contributed almost a decade as a pro player.
Is Andrew Bynum Is Prison? Arrested Rumors And Charges
Andre Bynum was reported parking in an open handicap spot, but it will not get him arrested and send him to prison. This incident was reported in 2011 when he was still playing on the court. However, he might have been charged with some fines for that. But it did not earn him any fans.
