Following the Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz murder case, two more culprits, Diego Suero and Frederick, were found guilty. In 2019 five notorious gang members were already accountable and serving in jail.
Additionally, the attorney of Bronx reported their team of prosecutors is already preparing cases for six more defendants for their role in this 2018 murder on the sidewalk. However, people are waiting for all the guilty to be punished by law.
The case turned ugly when the gang revealed it was the incident caused by misidentification.
What Happened To “Junior” Lesandro Guzman-Feliz?
Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz was a 15-year-old kid killed in the Belmont neighborhood of the Bronx on 20 June 2018, at 10:30 pm. The Dominican-American gang Trinitarios brutally murdered him. Even graphic video content was circulated on social media, outraged the public.
Junior had left his apartment to meet his friend when he noticed four vehicles behind him. Then he got chased several blocks by the gang members in vehicles.
He tried to seek refuge in a convenience store at Bathgate Avenue and East 183rd Street, which was close to his residence. But one of the gang members was just a few seconds away from him, found him, and dragged him outside where three others were waiting.
He was brutally stabbed and struck with the machete and large knives multiple times, which seriously injured him. He tried to walk down to the hospital seeking help but bled to death before any help could get him.
The video was so disturbing that the mother of the store’s owner got a heart attack when she saw it. Later, it was known that Guzman-Feliz was misidentified as a member of the rival gang “Sunset.” But it was later known the victim had no ties to gang activity.

Reddit Update On Lesandro Guzman-Feliz Story
Lesandro murder had taken all over the internet and social media, including Reddit. Videos of the murder were also shared. Residents, along with the CCTV footage captured, stunned everyone.
People were outraged, and the police also took the murder very seriously. Additionally, the gang Trinitarios took action against those members and removed everyone from the gang. A total of 14 were involved, aged 18-29 years.
Diego Suero, age 29, was alleged to be the ringleader who planned the whole murder, and according to officials, Jonaiki Martinez-Estrella, 24, delivered the fatal blow to Junior.

Justice Served As Junior’s Killers Caught And Sentenced In Trial
It seems justice has been served after Diego Suero and Frederick have been found guilty of Junior Guzman-Feliz’s murder in 2018. They were also convicted of manslaughter and gang assault, but those were not considered after being found guilty on Friday.
Five others were already found guilty for their role in the open street murder of an innocent teenage boy.
According to CBS2’s Ali Bauman, Diego Suero, 33, and Frederick Then, 24, were found guilty of second-degree murder after being on trial since 2019.
Also, four of the suspects, Fernandez, Muniz, Rivera, and Hernandez, at Rikers Island, received death threats from the other member of their own Trinitario gang while waiting for trial.
As a result, they were separated from other inmates, and the jail increased its security measures to safeguard them. In 2018 Rivera received a flash wound on his face from another prisoner.
