The orange and black square emoji is trending on TikTok.
TikTok creators use it to indicate the internet hubs, which are only for adults.
What is the motive behind using the orange and black square emoji on Tiktok?
Users use orange and black emoticons to showcase adult contents.
Tiktok is a social site quite common among the mass worldwide. It is against TikTok and any other social media policy to use 18+ contents on the platform.
Photos and videos of such a category are completely prohibited.
Nonetheless, TikTok users have left no chance to sit back using the orange and black square emoji. Despite the cleverness of the users, the TikTok app has put a restriction on those symbols too.
Alongside emojis, users created a TikTok platform called “The Hub”, which is yet to be banned.
Are there enough views?
A platform, “The Hub”, created as #thehub, has 600M+ views on TikTok, which is enormous.
While exploring the hashtag section of the hub, you can see thousands of videos by many creators that seem inappropriate.
How do TikTok users use emojis and hashtags?
The way users take hold of emojis and hashtags for adult content is quite dubious, taking it as a joke.
For instance, one TikTok creator, @toop.talks, has used the orange and black emoji as a clickbait to pull the viewers while the video turns out to be the opposite.
Apart from the joke, a user who uses more of #thehub and posts adult content is @brent.murphy. He has over 194k followers on TikTok.
Like the ban on symbols, TikTok might soon ban “The Hub” as the videos posted are ill-suited for a public platform used by uncountable individuals.
In any case, individuals who find and feel the posts violate TikTok community guidelines can report them right away.
