Dr. David Spiegel is a Norfolk, Virginia-based psychiatrist who is an expert in the behavioral sciences, especially on alcohol and drug use. He finished his Medicine at the State University of the New York’s Health Science Centre, based in Brooklyn.
Moving towards his educational background, he finished his bachelor’s degree in the subject of psychology at the University of Duke.

During the testimony, Dr. Richard Moore reviewed the medical photos of Depp displaying his injured fingers. He claims that the medical data have been inconclusive.
