Circuit Judge Leah Case condemned him to 825 years in jail this July after he was actually convicted of 55 charges of child pornography collection, each of which is a second-degree crime offense by up to 15 years in jail.

David Hall was convicted of possessing child pornography and sentenced to 825 years in prison as a result.
Hall, a convicted sex offender, used an account linked with his email address to publish some of the photographs on a social networking platform.
Investigators searched his residence and discovered the photographs on his computer after obtaining a warrant issued. He confirmed to authorities that he had some of the photos in his possession.
In 1996, the Port Orange guy was sentenced to Attempted Lewd and Lascivious Molestation on a Child, and he was held in state custody until his discharge in 2012.
The case was handled by Assistant State Attorney John Reid of the State Attorney’s Office Career Criminal Division. Judge Leah Case of the Seventh Circuit ruled over the case and handed down the punishment.

He has taken his case to the 5th District Court of Appeal in Daytona Beach, where he was sentenced to 825 years in jail.
