On August 24, 2021, the Lee County Sherrif Department in Florida responded to a call concerning a child. The child, around 5 years old, was alone, unharmed, and crying outside the house.
The sheriff soon called the mother of the child, who they identified as influencer Pokeprincxss. Apparently, Digitalprincxss was around 6 miles away from her house. When she arrived at the home, she was visibly dressed up as she had just arrived from a party.
Pokeprincxss allegedly started making excuses and claiming she had gone to the store to purchase detergent. However, her attire told a different story and the officer eventually handcuffed her.
Records show that Digitalprincxss was charged with child neglect without bodily harm. She was released on August 25 and her hearing was scheduled for August 27.
