“BONUS Dateline: Missing in America” podcast is kicking off its show by discussing the cold missing case of Keeshae Jacobs.
She was a young woman of 21 when she went missing in 2016. Since then, the young lady has not returned home to this day despite a wide media and public approach to her missing case investigation.
Her missing news became national headlines as many notable media outlets reported about it, including NBC and CBS.
Despite everyone’s efforts, the disappearance of Jacobs continues to remain unsolved and unfound.
Was Keeshae Jacobs Ever Found?
No, Keeshae Jacobs was never found to this date in 2022. She had gone missing since September 26, and the police are unsuccessful in locating her.
Neither has Keeshae made any contact with her family, letting the family hope for her good situation.
On the night of September 26, 2016, Keeshae informed her mother, Toni, that she would not be home that night and would spend the time at her friend’s house over the phone.
She had even texted Toni when she reached the house, saying tha he would return on the 27th. However, she failed to contact her mother till the next afternoon.
With less police attention to her missing case at first, Toni rallied her community to pressure the authority to take a deeper look into the case.
However, Keeshae is still lost and out of reach but her mother has not given up her hope throughout these six years.

Update On Keeshae Jacobs Missing Story On Dateline
Dateline’s Bonus show is set to present new updates on Keeshae’s missing case that could have escaped the public knowledge.
Toni had filed a police report on September 28, 2016, and went around asking about Keeshae’s whereabouts to the mentioned friends.
When five days passed, Keeshae’s friends confessed that she returned home that night. But she had asked a friend, Demarcus Hunt, to drive her to a house about 10 minutes away to meet with a mutual female friend.
Medium reports that the female friend declined that Keeshae had met her that night. Toni tracked down the exact house and got to know that the young lady had indeed visited the house on the 26th.
However, she only stayed for a few minutes and exited the house after someone else picked her up.
The police searched the house but found no trace of Keeshae. They later came to realize that the team had failed to search the house’s basement.
In November of 2017, nearly fourteen months after her disappearance, the RPD announced that they suspect foul play in Keeshae’s case.
While a prison inmate shut for violence against a woman claimed that he had information on Keeshae’s whereabouts in 2018, the authority has not released any update on the case as of today.
The identity of the inmate also remains behind the police documents.

Keeshae Jacobs Mother And Family Worried Since Six Years
Keeshae’s worried single mother, Toni, is still hoping that she would return one day.
She founded The Keeshae Jacobs foundation, which partners with the Richmond City Police department every April for Missing Person’s Day.
The fighter-mother also served on a committee hoping to improve community relations with law enforcement.
Toni is open about her hopes and refuses to give up, saying Kesshae is still alive. Sadly, tragedy hit her badly in 2017 when she lost her other child Deavon Jacobs on January 8, 2017.
He was shot and killed by James D. Henshaw during an argument. The Richmond police confirmed that the murder has no connection with Keeshae’s disappearance.
Deavon’s young son survives him. Toni raised Deavon and Keeshae as a single mother, and the trio was best of friends.
Now that Toni has lost both of her treasures, she continues to contribute to her community so other parents would not feel the same solitude.
