Was Chiefs Willie Gay Jr Arrested? Charges Revealed, What Did He Do?
Willie Gay Jr., the football linebacker for the National Football League’s Kansas City Chiefs, was arrested on Thursday, January 20.
The linebacker was taken into custody by Johnson County Sheriff early this morning at 12:22 am. The charge has been identified as a Misdemeanor.
Though the details have not been confirmed, it looks like a property damage charge with damage of less than $1000.
This is not the first time he has been involved in an off-field issue that could come to harm his career later.
He received much attention during the 2020 NFL draft for his previous actions, including an eight-game ban for academic fraud and an alleged altercation that injured Mississippi State’s starting quarterback before a bowl game.
It is unknown when he will be released or how serious his crime was.
Is Willie Gay Jr Attached Or Single? Who Is His girlfriend Or Wife?
Willie Gay Jr is undoubtedly not married as he does not sport a ring, but it’s hard to say whether or not he has a girlfriend.
He is on Instagram under the username @williegayjr with over 51.3K followers but only 15 posts. No woman is present in any of his posts, so it’s hard to say whether the 23-year-old is single or attached.
The paparazzi have not caught him as he is leaving from a date with a beautiful lady. No lady has been successful in stealing his heart completely.
However, he is pretty young with his career just beginning to take off, so he may want to focus on his ball game rather than his ladies game at the moment.
