Wandrea Moss Husband: Who Is Wandrea Moss Married To?

Wandrea Shaye Moss worked as an election worker in Georgia during the 2020 election.

She has worked for the Fulton County elections department since 2012 and supervised the absentee ballot operation during the 2020 election.

In early December 2020, a lawyer for former President Donald J. Trump played a segment of surveillance footage from their vote-counting station for a Georgia Senate committee. The lawyer falsely claimed that the spliced clip showed Shaye Moss and her mother Ruby Freeman pulling 18,000 fraudulent ballots from a suitcase and illegally feeding them through voting machines.

Moss appeared before the committee on June 21, 2022 for its fourth day of public hearings, which examined how Trump pressured state officials to change election results.

When their names circulated online along with allegations that they had engaged in fraud, Shaye and her mother said they were subjected to intense harassment, both in-person and online.

Committee member Adam Schiff asked Moss on Tuesday: “Mr Giuliani accused you and your mother of passing some sort of USB drive to each other. What was your mom actually handing you on that video?”

“A ginger mint,” Moss said.

Moss said she received “a lot of threats wishing death upon me and telling me I will be in jail with my mother and saying things like ‘be glad it’s 2020 and not 1920’. A lot of them were racist. A lot of them were just hateful”.

Wandrea Moss was one of five recipients of this year’s John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Award, given to public officials who protect U.S. democracy. Moss was honored for “doing the hard and unseen work to run our democracy.”
