Zakai Zeigler Parents Are Living With Family Tragedy
Zakai Zeigler’s parents are living with a family tragedy after their house was destroyed in a fire. Though he is a public personality, he has kept his family background and whereabouts hidden from the public media.
There is no report on his father, however, his mother, Charmane Zeigler, can be seen frequently at his basketball games. Charmane and Zakai have remained together since the family’s tragic loss of this home in a fire.
She is currently on tour with the Tennessee Volunteers basketball team along with Zakai.
In an interview with Knox News, Charmane disclosed that she lost her car, job, and house in January 2020.
Despite their difficulties, the family was able to move into their new home in Far Rockaway, Queens, in November 2020.
According to Focusnews, Zakai has a younger brother, Armoni Zeigler, who is a basketball player and follows in his older brother’s footsteps.
Armoni is a senior in the class of 2023 and plays shooting guard for his high school basketball team.
Zakai Zeigler: Volunteers Star House Was On Fire On 2022
Zakai Zeigler, a volunteer star house that was on fire in New York, on February 26th destroyed everything. Although the cause of the fire was not revealed, many of his fans have expressed their support for the family on social media.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the fire but they had to suffer a huge loss. Moreover, Zakai was not present at the time of the fire. On March 2, Tennessee Basketball issued the following statement in support of Zakai and his family.
A special-needs 4-year-old nephew who used to reside with them lost everything, including his vital accessibility equipment (wheelchair, splints, etc).
A “go fund me” page was established for the Zeigler family, fire relief, and recovery, which has raised $319,188 as of now.
Several supporters have shown their support for him by donating and writing positive affirmation words for him.
Furthermore, he also sent a heartfelt message to those who have reached out. And shown their support as his family picks up the pieces following the tragedy.
