Voi Wildlife Lodge

Voi Wildlife Lodge is located in the Savannah grasslands of Tsavo East, Kenya, just 5km off the main highway connecting the Capital Nairobi to Mombasa.

Officially opened in 2003, the lodge is situated on a 25-acre site on the boundary of Tsavo East National Park, one of Kenya’s largest game parks with spectacular views of nearby volcanic outcrops, such as the Kasigau, Sagalla and Mwakingali Hills.
Designed to blend unassumingly into the surrounding environment, the lodge boasts a natural waterhole often attracting big game, including elephant, lion, cheetah, buffalo as well as a rich variety of birdlife.

Easy to reach by road and air, the lodge is only a 4-hours drive from Nairobi and just 2-hours drive from Mombasa; Tsavo East airstrip is located only 5 minutes drive from Voi Wildlife Lodge, where charters are available to destinations throughout Kenya.
The lodge is ideally placed for visitors wishing to combine a ‘bush’ and ‘beach’ safari holiday in Kenya with its accessibility to Tsavo National Park and its close proximity to the coast. The lodge has 88 rooms: 16 standard rooms,48 superior rooms,m 24 luxury rooms.All the rooms are fully furnished en suit bathrooms.
The luxury rooms consist of two four-poster beds and the view of savanna and wildlife which one can enjoy from the comfort of the balcony or terrace.

1. The Tembo Restaurant

Constructed using local ‘makuti’ thatch, the Tembo Restaurant offers a unique dining experience with views across the plains of Tsavo East and the nearby waterhole. The restaurant caters for up to 350 persons and offers a wide selection of international and vegetarian cuisine. Bush breakfasts and packed lunches can be also arranged. The lodge offers lunch for visitors not staying at the lodge.

2. Safari Spa Bar

The Safari Spa Bar and lounge offer a spectacular game-viewing platform both night and day. Designed on stilts overlooking the waterhole, the bar extends into the park allowing one to get as close as possible to the sights and sounds of the African bush.

3. Mandhari Bar

Adjacent to the Tembo Restaurant, the Mandhari Bar provides an alternative setting in which to view game and enjoy a ‘sun downer’ before dinner.

Relax and rejuvenate in the Safari Spa with its steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi, cold bath and five treatment rooms, all designed to cater for one’s health and beauty needs; Spa treatments include: massage, reflexology and aromatherapy. 5. Health Club

The Health Club comprises a fully-equipped gymnasium, complete with the latest fitness / training apparatus with an adjacent room designed for aerobics and yoga classes. Qualified Instructors are on-call to assist with equipment and fitness sessions. The club also has a boutique shop with a range of sports and leisurewear.

Located adjacent to the conference hall, the business centre is equipped with a wide-range of facilities designed to satisfy one’s business requirements whilst staying at the lodge.
The Game Observation Terrace and Sundowner Bar are well-placed to hold corporate and private outdoor receptions.
