Professional Programs with more than enough information to be successful
The programms are so easy and amazing to follow. Vince is just the best teacher I have ever come across, very thorough and genuinely care about his product.
After my purchase I needed to change/upgrade my program & this was done promptly without a hassle.
I want to make the Vshred group happy and will try my utmost best to succeed in this journey.

Fraudulent
I just watched the video & thought they looked looked like a reputable company. I was led to believe I was signing up for $57. But once you get past the first page they try to sell you more things which I wasn’t interested in. You are also forced to watch more videos before you can move on. Now I regret even watching the video. My credit card has been charged multiple times & I don’t even know how to contact them to get my money back. DO NOT SIGN UP THIS COMPANY. DECEITFUL WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I have just lost all respect within seconds.

Vshred is a scam
Vshred is a scam. They say there are no supplements or exercise, then they try to sell you supplements and create an exercise plan. The meal plan is complicated and just like any other caloric deficit plan. Then they didn’t even refund all of my money when I realized their dishonesty. Stay away!

Loving it after 4 days
I have just started the Fat Loss Extreme Program and am loving it after the first few days. The recipes really are delicious, its true! I don’t mind doing the prep and am getting the hang of all the recipes. And I feel great after the exercises! I think they are very well designed and I find Vince’s natural relaxed style on the videos is pleasant and encouraging. The company is very professional and I feel in good hands.
