Requirements
- The tourist visa allows foreign nationals to travel to Vietnam for tourism, sightseeing or other leisure activities.
- You need to have a valid Seychelles passport with at least 6 month validity to apply for a Vietnam tourist visa.
- Two (2) completely filled and signed visa application forms are required to process your visa application. Incomplete application forms may not be processed.
- Two (2) recent passport-size photographs taken against a light background are also required with the visa application forms.
- The invitation letter from the host should contain details of your relationship as well as the duration and purpose of your visit.
- Foreigners going to Vietnam for business must provide an invitation letter from an approved tour company in Vietnam. This means that you have to contact the Vietnamese tour organizer prior to starting your application process.
- Proof of accommodation this could be a hotel or guesthouse reservation made on your behalf.
- You’ll be required to submit proof of funds to cater for the duration of your stay in Vietnam. This proof could be either your recent bank statement or your host’s.
- A letter from your employer or school stating awareness of your trip is very important.
- The tourist visa does not permit its holder to take up any form of work while in Vietnam.
- Minors are required to submit their original birth certificate and a signed consent form from both parents.
- A return ticket to Seychelles is important to show that you have intentions to leave at the expiration of your visa.

- Photocopy of memorandum and article of association of the inviting company should be submitted. A copy of the business registration and trade license should be submitted as well.
- You cannot seek public funds with this visa while in the country.
- You are expected to exit Vietnam before the expiration of your visa.
- If you are staying in Vietnam for more than five working days, you must register with the local authorities. Hotels and most apartment services do this automatically, and it’s included in the room price. If you change accommodation during your stay in Be, you should re-register.
- This visa costs 23$ and is usually processed in 5 working days.
- This visa allows a stay of up to 30 days and is valid for 90 days from visa issue date.
