According to the latest news, the rapper Lil Theze was shot and killed by a retired OPD Captain during a gas station heist.
The video of the scene has circulated all over the internet.
Surveillance video shows Ersie Joyner, a retired Oakland police captain, being robbed at a Chevron between 17th and Castro, shooting fire and killing one of the criminals, and then being shot.
Other robbers are still on the loose. Joyner was critically injured and was taken to the hospital. 6:00 p.m.
