Antoine Smith from Victorville was murdered back in the May of 2015. His neighbors reported the officials, saying they did not hear from Antoine for several days.
It was found that his wife Leticia Smith had fled to Mexico with her two daughters.

Victorville Antoine Smith’s murder case was investigated back on 10th May 2015 after multiple people contacted the Sheriff’s Department. People said that they had not heard from Antoine for several days.
In a release, the Sheriff’s Department wrote that the friends and co-workers had become increasingly concerned after they received text messages in Antoine’s cellphone number, which were not consistent with Antione’s messaging style.
The next day, on 11th May, a missing-person report was filed with the department, and a welfare check of the home in the 13000 block of Brynwood Street was performed.
Recently, in the December of 2021, the authorities learned that Antoine Smith’s wife, Leticia Smith, was living in Rosarito, Mexico, with her daughters. The woman of 40 is suspected to be the murderer of her husband.
Antoine Smith Wife Leticia Smith Found In Mexico
The wife of Antoine Smith, Leticia Smith, was arrested on 4th March 2022 from Mexico, she was thus turned over to the US Marshals Service the same day for extradition to the U.S.
Smith holds dual United States-Mexico citizenship. She is accused of shooting dead her 35-year-old husband, Antoine Smith, inside their Victorville residence.
Investigators had proof that Leticia fled to Mexico with her daughters, Isabel, 8, and Abigail, 4. However, they were unable to locate her.
Soon, with the help of Mexican authorities, San Bernardino Sheriff’s Office Cold Case Homicide Team discovered that Smith was living in the Mexican resort town of Rosarito, about 10 miles south of the Mexico-United States border.
Antoine Smith Wife Leticia Smith Arrest Charges
After murdering her 35-year-old husband named Antoine Smith, wife Leticia had fled to Mexico with her two daughters.
She was not taken into custody until 4th March 2022, when the officials successfully located Leticia in Mexico.
Leticia is charged with the murder of her husband. She is scheduled to appear in court on 4th April 2022.
Furthermore, Smith’s daughters were found safe. The verdict was apprehended without incident and transferred to the custody of the sheriff’s office.
