A prison official from Alabama named Vicki White is missing in the wake of accompanying a detainee to a town hall for a meeting.
The incident happened on Friday when the lady had been a three-minute drive to the country courthouse for an appointment, which turned out not to exist.
At the time, Vicki was alone, which was a strict violation of policy. The accused Casey had been charged with two counts of capital murder in 2020 for a murder-for-hire-slaying.

The police are primarily searching for the lady officer and capturing the accused.
Though no connection between the two has come out, no court appearance was scheduled for the accused person. Hence, indications are pointing in the direction of Vicky, who assisted the case.
No answer if she did the action willingly or under the pressure has come out. The lady had no previous record of assisting in such cases either.
The accused or the person relating to him probably had threatened her or other family members.
Talking about the case, Singleton expressed, “Our secondary focus is on investigating the escape itself.”
What Happened During Casey White Prison Escape?
According to the Singleton released details, Transport Van had left five Lauderable Country Detention Center with seven inmates escorted by two deputies before nine.

As said on waaytv, at 9:20, assistant director Vicki White instructed corrections deputy inmate Casey White for transport to the courthouse.
After the instruction of Vicki, Casey was removed from his cell by the deputy and was taken to the booking. He was handcuffed, and his legs were shackled.
Both were to the courthouse route for mental health evaluation. Before leaving, the lady had informed authorities about dropping Casey off with the other deputies at the courthouse. She had also said that she is then going to Med Plus due to unwellness.
Vicki White And Casey White Had No Court Appearance
There was no court appearance or evaluation of Casey White on the day. The fact got discovered when the booking officer reported to the administration about trying to contact Vicki White. Instead of reviving, her phone had directly got to voice mail.
Sheriff Rick Singleton states that evidence points toward deputy White helping the inmate escape.

Immediately, the administrator contacted the Sheriff’s office to search if Casey White was there.
However, near noon, a Florence Police Department spotted the transport van among other cars left on a lot for sale. Since no news regarding the escaping had come at the time, the officer was unaware of the situation.
