Khamzat Chimaev, 28, is one of the UFC’s biggest rising stars who competes in the welterweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
Similarly, he is a Swedish professional mixed martial artist and freestyle wrestler who formerly competed in Brave Combat Federation.
As of April 12, 2022, Chimaev, a three-time Swedish National champion in wrestling, was ranked third in the UFC welterweight division.

Khamzat’s wedding was reportedly attended by the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, without the media’s involvement. Some benefits come with having the leader of your nation attend your wedding.
The bride of Chimaev can be seen in the event’s footage posted to the Instagram page and led to the reception site by police. The helicopters, which may have been controlled for the president’s protection, were also visible in the films.

The UFC wrestler cliamed that his brother, Artur, who was already living in Sweden, suggested the family move from Chechnya for a better lifestyle.
