Family: wife, son
Maimi Heat’s Center tied the knot with longtime girlfriend Faith Rein on August 24, 2013 in Florida. Udonis and Faith reportedly met while attending college at the University of Florida in 1999 and began dating shortly after Faith broke up with her soccer player boyfriend. After a year of regular dating, the couple discovered that Faith was expecting a child and they revealed they had to make the difficult decision at that time to have an abortion as they could not look after the child. in addition to the fact that Udonis was set to enter the NBA draft. This revelation, however, did not seem like a moral decision for many people who criticized the couple for it, but the couple seem happy with their decision.
After a few years Udonis got drafted and the couple welcomed two sons named Josiah and Elijah while they were still dating but finally on August 29, 2012 the player popped the long awaited question and Faith became his bride, barely a year later. Their wedding was in all its ramifications, a typical celebrity wedding that featured a large number of NBA players and the after party is still referred to as a fun party held in Palm Beach, Florida.
