Stephanie Weiland Knarr was on a balcony making a video about her neighbors who apparently were loud and were disturbing her sanity. While the two parties were having back and forth from their place, things went out of place.
Knarr was filming them and saying how noisy and disturbing they were. Om the other hand, the neighbors were answering her back saying even they owned a phone and could expose her.
However, this led to Stephanie calling 911 and crying on it. She says that none of the white neighbors or the ones of any other race disturbed her nor did she had any problem with them. Further, she ranted that it was the black ones who were making her life difficult.
