Hayley Holt reported that she and her unborn child’s father, Josh Tito, were dating, but she sadly lost her unborn child.
Hayley Holt is a former snowboarder and ballroom dancer who currently provides sports news on 1 News At 6 pm in New Zealand.
From 2018 to 2020, she co-hosted TVNZ Breakfast with Jack Tame and, later, John Campbell.
She ran for the Green Party in the 2017 general election.
Who Is Hayley Holt Husband Josh Tito?
Hayley Holt and Josh Tito’s friendship blossomed into a romantic relationship after they met as friends in 2018 and began dating a year later.
When the excellent news of her pregnancy first became public, she had not revealed the father.
They agreed to be co-parents for the child at first, but after spending more time together during the pregnancy and Covid-19 lockdown, they fell in love.
“We had Frankie to hold us together before we had Frankie, then the grief process held us, and now we have to hold ourselves together.”
The couple is celebrating the recent acquisition of their new house in Warkworth, an hour north of Auckland, just over a year later.
The couple considered buying in Auckland first, but the hefty housing prices pushed them to explore elsewhere.
Hayley’s parents, Robin and Murray, and her extended family live in Warkworth, so they have many familiar faces and support.
In New Zealand, one in every 500 pregnancies ends in a late stillbirth, either during or after 28 weeks.
Hayley Holt Health Update After Miscarriage
After healing from the sadness of her son’s terrible death, Hayley Holt says 2021 has been a “discovery in true pleasure.”
After a challenging 18 months that saw the couple lose their son Frankie Tai, who was stillborn on April 25 last year while Hayley was six months pregnant, life is brighter and better for Holt and her partner Josh Tito now.
“The year 2021 has been a revelation in actual bliss,” Holt told Woman’s Daze.
“It demonstrated how I can feel happy after tragedy and loss, which heightened my emotions.”
Holt feels it’s vital for people to understand that she can move on in life after a tragic loss because of her newfound happiness.
With so many Kiwi women going through similar things, Holt wants to encourage them to accept and appreciate any treatment and support they may get to move through their trauma.
