Recep Tayyip Erdogan, president of Turkey, has claimed that he has heard that former Real Madrid and Juventus sensation Cristiano Ronaldo will go to Saudi Arabia due to interest from Al Nassr.
Following the termination of his contract with Manchester United just a few days before the beginning of the FIFA World Cup, the forward, who formerly played for Real Madrid, is currently without a club.
The Portugal international is a free agent but is having trouble getting offers in Europe, primarily due to his salary demands.
Only Al Nassr of Saudi Arabia has shown any genuine interest in signing the 37-year-old.
They’re willing to pay him €200 million annually until 2025 if he signs a contract with them.
President Erdogan of Turkey has recently stated that Cristiano Ronaldo is en route to Saudi Arabia.
He was quoted as stating this by Goal Turkiye: “According to the information I have received, Cristiano Ronaldo will be transferred to Saudi Arabia.”
