Tragil Wade is an American who she is the Director of Wade’s World Foundation (WWF) and obtained her primary education through Chicago Public Schools. Being the director of WWF, Tragil continues to pursue its mission of providing support to Community‐Based Organizations that Promote Education, Health and Social skills for children in at-risk situations.

She returned to her hometown of Chicago where she gained employment at Community High School District 218 where she instructed children 3 to 17 years of age. Wade earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Chicago State University in 2005. She became the Executive Director of Wade’s World Foundation in 2006. Through her work with Wade’s World Foundation, Wade was not only able to fulfill her life’s purposes of educating and empowering youth but was also able to significantly advance the lives of youth and families around the globe.

She was born to her parents, Jolinda Wade(mother), and Dwayne Wade Snr. (father). She only has one sibling, Dwayne Wade Jr., her only brother. Her parents divorced at a young age and custody of the siblings was awarded to their mother, even though she had a history of drug use.
Tragil and her brother were living with their mother in a rough, high crime section of south Chicago. One day she told him they were going to the movies, but instead, Tragil took him to their father’s house in a different neighborhood and left him.
