Trace McSorley Parents Rick And Andrea McSorley, Meet QB Family

Trace McSorley’s parents, Rick and Andrea, have been together for over 30 years. And the delighted parents are overjoyed to see what their children have accomplished in their professions.

He does appear to have inherited his father Rick’s love of athletics since Rick played competitive football throughout his undergraduate years. His father was a University of Richmond football player, and his uncle, Jeff McSorley, was a Marshall University football player.

To know, Rick’s son, McSorley, a quarterback with the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL), was elevated to the active roster on September 7, 2022.

At the 2019 NFL Draft, the Baltimore Ravens selected him in the sixth round after watching him play college football at Penn State.

Numerous school records at Penn State are held by McSorley, including the most throwing yards in a season, the most passing scores in a season, the highest total offensive yards in a lifetime, and the highest total touchdowns in a single season.

Trace McSorley Parents: Rick And Andrea McSorley

Cardinals QB Trace McSorley was born to his parents, Rick and Andrea McSorley. Both of his parents have their own successful professions.

His mother, Andrea, is a Virginia native who grew up in Fairfax County. She received her bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia.

She and her husband, Rick, returned to NOVA in 1992; in the same year, the duo got married on July 11. Moreover, they recently celebrated their 30th anniversary via Instagram post.

Likewise, they raised their two children, Trace and Micaela, in Fairfax before moving to Loudoun County in 1999 and were highly involved in their community in Ashburn.

They have observed how the entire area has developed into one of the top areas in the nation to live and work.

Trace McSorley’s Mother Andrea Is A Real Estate Agent

As a tenured elementary school teacher in Arlington County Public Schools, Andrea started her real estate career in 2002.

Her background in teaching was a natural fit for the skill of assisting buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.

Since each client’s scenario and circumstances are different, Andrea’s expertise as a teacher has allowed her to guide her customers through their queries and worries about location, time, budget, and investment.

As a real estate agent, Andrea also understands the time and stress involved in a transaction and takes the responsibility to seriously assist with the “human” aspects of the process.

Andrea has been qualified as an Accredited Buyer Agent and is Relocation Certified; she now works as an Associate Broker with the One Loudoun Office.

She belongs to the Dulles Area Association of Realtors, Virginia’s VAR, and the National Association of Realtors (National). Her devotion to her ongoing education and commitment to her community and customers have allowed her to consistently rank in the top 5% of Realtors nationwide.

Trace McSorley’s girlfriend turned fiancé, Kasandra “Dean” Morano, is a former Penn State field hockey player who played from 2014 to 2016.

Morano, who was born on January 8, 1996, is a year younger than her longtime boyfriend-turned-fiance, McSorley. Yeah, you read it right: the couple who met seven years ago in Happy Valley are getting hitched.

The former Penn State quarterback proposed to his girlfriend last year, and she said yes! The wedding bell is about to ring.

As for a quick background check, Morano was nurtured in Vineland, New Jersey, by his parents, Greg and Doobie Morano. She has three other siblings: a sister named Madison and two brothers named Gregory and Mason.

Interestingly, the family has a history of involvement in sports. Her mother, Doobir played field hockey at Lock Haven, her father, Greg, played football at West Chester, and she competed in hockey and earned the honor of being named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad (2014).
