The hockey player shared with W5, that she was assaulted after a Halloween party in 2015 and after her seeking of help, the school authorities and staff failed to support her case.
Details On Tori Sullivan’s Hockey Assault On Boston College
Tori Sullivan, a 25 years old forward for Boston Pride Hockey Women’s team has recently shared the dark past of her sophomore year at Boston College where a football player sexually assaulted her after a 2015 Halloween party.
Tori did share the dark details of the alleged rape and shared details with her teammates, staffs and authorities demanding justice and support.
She coped with alcohol to overcome the grief and also developed suicidal thoughts during that phase.
She stated that the hockey staffs asked her teammates to block her from social medias and group chats following her medial leave in that struggling phase.
After two years, she tried reaching back to her former team but was shortly fired and kicked off from the team for no apparent reasons.
She thentranferred to NorthEastern University and played there.
She also filed a request to Boston to seek how her case was handled and how it progressed with time but Boston has been rejecting all her claims as her own accord.
Boston released a statement that the college treats every sexual misconduct with equal care and support and the blame has been put forward by the athlete herself.
What Happened To Tori Sullivan?
Tori Sullivan was a victim of sexual misconduct during her sophomore year at Boston College.
She was assaulted by a football athlete but she didn’t share his name in recent interviews.
Following that assault, she developed alcoholism as coping mechanism to bear the sadness.
She transferred to Northeastern University after she was rejected by the Boston Pride team after her return, two years later.
