It’s the best thing in the world. I wouldn’t want to be doing anything else,” he said in a video interview with Broadway.com.

In his one-on-one diary room interview with Jeff Schroeder, Tommy said that he first started watching the show in 2012 during season 14. His favorite player was winner, Ian Terry. In addition, his friend and Amazing Race alumni Krista DeBono tweeted that the Staten Island native is a “HUGE FAN.

Let it be known @TommyBracco has been a fan for years. NOT a recruit. He has tried to be on BB and now got his chance,” she tweeted.

Though we haven’t seen much from the dancer on TV, he’s already getting a fair share of support after people saw that Big Brother 17 and 18’s Da’Vonne Rogers was his favorite past houseguest. He told CBS, “Not only was she great TV, but Momma Day is VERY intuitive.

Her only issue is that she doesn’t always know what to do with the information. When she returned in Season 18, she did a much better job of keeping her mouth shut! But in the end, she could only hold it in for so long.”

In his bio on the Big Brother’s website, Bracco stated out his plan for winning the $500,000 grand prize. “My mother inspires my strategy. She cooks and cleans for the entire family and she’s everyone’s favorite person. I want to be the Italian mother of the house.

I want to take care of everyone and make them feel safe and loved. No one wants to vote out that person.” We’ll just have to wait and see whether his being the “Italian mother of the house” will actually get him to the end.

A photo on Instagram was found on Bracco’s Instagram from Thanksgiving in 2015. Both the big brother 21 houseguests are in it along with many other people and the caption reads, “I LOVE MY FAMILY MORE THAN ANYTHING!!!!!!!”

“I did date someone from Tommy’s family, and things didn’t end that great.

Tommy Bracco Power of Veto

The Power of Veto allows the owner to remove one of the Nominations from the Nomination Block. Besides, it guarantees the holder safety should one of the nominees be removed unless he or she is the only possible replacement nominee. The Head of Household chooses a new nomination.

It is won weekly in a competition. Six houseguests compete for the Power of Veto: the Head of Household, the two nominees, and three other houseguests chosen by the three guaranteed players or a random draw. Powers of Veto may be won under rare occurrences besides competitions, such as a prize to come from Pandora’s Box.

On the other hand, The Power of Veto was known as the Gamechanger Competition in the United Kingdom. Six people would participate including the nominees and the housemate with the most ‘Big Coins’.

The leading Big Coin housemate would also pick more housemates to participate to make up the numbers to six if necessary. Thereafter, the winner of the Gamechanger Task wins the ability to save any of the nominees from eviction, although they can opt not to use it if they so wish.

The Power of Veto

The Power of Veto competition was held, as usual, on Saturday late afternoon/evening. It was OTEV! The Veto players were Tommy Bracco; nominees Kathryn Dunn, Cliff, and Christie Murphy; as well as Jackson and Nick Maccarone.

Tommy Bracco won the Veto. He said he hoped to win the Power of Veto so he could remove his best friend (Christie Murphy), from the chopping block. However, Cliff felt his best chance of staying would be if Christie remained on the block come eviction night.

Nick Maccarone also wanted to win the veto and save Christie, but Jackson Michie — who won safety for the week by winning the special “America’s Field Trip” competition — wanted more than anything to be picked to play in the PoV competition so he could potentially win and keep Christie on the block.

Jackson Michie, who previously had a blowout fight with Christie and had become close to Kat in the house, wanted to send Christie packing. In the meantime, Christie couldn’t stop crying because she worried America hated her and couldn’t believe she ended up being one of the nominations during Tommy’s HoH reign.

Jessica Milagros was there to support Christie as she cried. However, the pair had never been in an alliance together and Jessica wondered if this would be a good time to get rid of a huge threat in the game. After all, Jessica was still in an alliance with Kat, Cliff, and Nicole Anthony.

After Tommy Bracco and Nick announced they had a bromance and absolutely loved each other, it became time to pick players for the Veto competition.

Tommy Bracco Evicted

On September 12, 2019, Tommy Bracco was forced to cartwheel his way out of the Big Brother house after being evicted by his peers. But it appeared to be a big lie and blow-up at a house meeting that sent Tommy packing.

Jackson Michie eavesdropped on Tommy’s conversation with Cliff and Nicole about throwing the HOH competition. He then made up an elaborate trick that Tommy had told him about it and also said Tommy Bracco was going to target Cliff.

A huge fight broke out, with Tommy insisting it was all a lie. Whether Cliff Hogg and Nicole Anthony believed him or just felt it was better to get him out remains unclear. However, it certainly didn’t help him.

On the other hand, Jackson Michie was trying desperately to save his showmance partner, Holly Allen. Despite launching a convincing campaign to save himself, Tommy Bracco was outsmarted by Head of Household, Michie.

In a last-minute decision, Cliff and Nicole ultimately opted to evict Tommy over Jackson Michie’s number one ally and showmance, Holly Allen. “He got me!” Tommy exclaimed in an interview with Julie. “It’s all false! It’s all a lie.”

“Michie came up with a big fat lie,” Tommy states. “Last night he came up to the Have-Not room and just walked around. He looked like he was trying to say something, but he didn’t say anything.

I was confused! So then, today, he came up with a whole entire lie that my plan was to throw the HOH and then, if I were to win the Veto, I would choose him because I would win over him. And that my plan was to backdoor Cliff. But why would I say that before the voting happened? It was all made up. All a big fat lie. He blew it up and it got ugly.”

Interview

But despite Jackson Michie’s lies, does Tommy respect his gameplay? “Yes I do,” Tommy says. “I love this show so much and you know I’m not a liar or manipulator. I knew that coming into this, but I respect the people that do that. That’s game! That’s not personal.”

Did Nicole and Cliff make the right decision to evict Tommy instead of Holly? “I think that time will tell, and that I would have stood by them. Besides, I would have happily taken third to Cliff and Nicole rather than go with Jackson. I see them as the underdogs and I always root for the underdogs.

I know that as a fan of the show, you always root for the underdogs and that’s why I wanted to team up with Cliff and Nicole. It felt really good, but it didn’t work out that way and that’s okay. I had so much fun and it was the best summer of my life! I can’t believe it’s over.”

Why did Tommy decide so late in the game to reveal his secret familial relationship with former houseguest Christie Murphy? “I ask myself the same question all the time!” Tommy reveals. “Honestly, I felt very alone in the house. They took out each one of my allies one by one and the walls close in on you.

When you watch the show you don’t really understand what it feels like to be in there. I didn’t think it would help me. I thought it would help disassociate myself from her. She was their number one target. It was probably a mistake for sure. Probably a $500,000 mistake.”

Juror #7

So who would Tommy have chosen to go to the final two with had he remained in the game? “At this point, I probably would have taken Nicole,” he claims. “I love Nicole. I think that she has played a really smart game. Nicole does not play an emotional game at all. She is emotional, but she makes great game moves.”

Tommy now becomes Juror #7, joining his BFF Christie and previously evicted houseguests Jack Matthews, Kathryn Dunn, Analyse Talavera, Nick Maccarone, and Jessica Milagros in the jury house.

Along with two final juror members who have yet to be determined, they will decide who takes home the grand prize on the live September 25 finale.
