In a September 29 report, People confirmed that the two had settled their divorce after the actress filed for divorce in May. There were already living separately following the lady’s file for legal separation in November 2021.
The report further confirms that the judge settled the split, including the spousal support and attorney fees. It further states that Vitale had asked for $50,000 per month in spousal support and $200,000 in legal fees in early July.
Their settled divorce means that the man would receive such benefits from his ex-wife, who was with him for around 17 years.
