Since halting his marriage to Jennifer Akerman as a consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic, actor Tom Payne saw out 2020 as a married man.
The ‘Prodigal Son’ actor was scheduled to tie the knot back in April with model and singer Jennifer – the sister of actress Malin Akerman (20), however owing to the coronavirus outbreak, the couple had to delay their nuptials.
On 21 December, though, shortly before Christmas, they reschedulled and exchanged vows.
“Last night me and the love of my life got married !!!” Jennifer posted on her Instagram page alongside a snap from their wedding day. “After having to cancel our wedding back in April and not knowing how long the world will be under lockdown, we felt like we still wanted to end this year as husband and wife, so we did.”

Tom, also known for his appearance in The Walking Dead, and Jennifer have been dating in November 2018 since 2013 and became involved.
Actress Alexis Knapp was one of the first individuals to congratulate “Awwww omggg Jen and Tom CONGRATS!!!!” the newly-wed pair on the site.
In the meanwhile, in a follow-up article with a caption, “You and me, me and you.” Jennifer revealed her and her husband’s latest rings.
She then posted a photo to usher in 2021 of her and her child, Tom. That’s what she posted, “Happy New Year from Mr & Mrs Payne,”
