He is currently the head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League.

On July 16, 2022, Troy Bowles announced on Twitter that he has committed to playing college football at the University of Georgia (Georgia Dawgs).

He is currently a defensive back on the Rutgers Scarlet Knights team ( Rutgers University).
