Tim Van Rijtheoven is coached by Dutch player Igor Sijsling as he gets ready for Djokovic In Wimbledon’s new match. He is the man behind the success of this new tennis sensation.
Fans would definitely want to know more about Igor who helped Tim win all three rounds of Wimbledon before. He is a retired tennis professional from the Netherlands. Starting his career in the under 18 championships, Igor had tennis in him ever since he was 5 years old. He would play with his parents during his childhood and with determination make a living out of it, even at the age of 34, he is enjoying the process.
Sijsling’s first triumph on the ATP tour was in 2011 when he lost to Ivan Ljubici in the quarterfinals at Metz. After defeating Olivier Rochus and Jarkko Nieminen in the first two rounds of the s-Hertogenbosch tournament in 2012, he once again advanced to the quarterfinals.
After he retired in 2014, he has been constantly coaching Tim and is on the journey with him to excel together.

Tim Van Rijtheoven’s girlfriend is Maartje Basten. They are the happiest couple and can be seen together on Instagram. Even though Van has few posts to show his love for his girl, Maartje doesn’t refrain from expressing it.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Science and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Biomedical Technology and Physics.
