An upcoming movie, Thor: Love and Thunder, is a movie based on the Marvel Comics character Thor. The film is produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.
The film will be released very soon on the big screen, which will blow the mind of viewers.
The trailer has gained over two million views on the Marvel Entertainment Youtube page alone.
Thor: Love and Thunder is the fourth film in the Thor series and the 29th overall in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The movie director, Taika Waititi, announced the upcoming new trailer on social media during Game 4 of the NBA Eastern Conference finals.
The film finds Thor’s (Chris Hemsworth) retirement is disturbed by the arrival of a galactic killer, Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale). To combat the threat, Thor enlists the help of King Valkyrie, Korg, and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster, who – to Thor’s surprise – inexplicably wields his magical hammer, Mjolnir, as the Mighty Thor. Together, they embark upon a harrowing cosmic adventure to uncover the mystery of the God Butcher’s vengeance and stop him before it’s too late.
The film marks the return of Waititi to direction after the filmmaker’s shift in tone made one of the weaker Marvel sub-franchises into a hit.
Trailer of Thor: Love and Thunder
Marvel Studios released its first trailer on April 18, which has gained 209 million views in 24 hours.
The video shows Thor journeying around the Guardians of the Galaxy to find his place in the world now that “my superhero days are over,” as he says.
The second trailer was released on May 23, in which Waititi’s Korg narrates a story about the Mighty Thor. It looks at female Thor, showing Thor and Jane navigating the awkward ex-relationship as Jane takes down her first villain.
Also, the trailer has made a closer look at Christian Bale’s Gorr the God Butcher, the seeming antagonist for Thor’s fourth film.
We can see Thor working out after gaining weight in Avengers: Endgame in the film. However, before a reunion with Jane Foster, the arrival of Gorr the God Butcher and the MCU’s vast array of gods pull the Norse god out of retirement and force him to tackle a new, menacing foe.

Thor: Love and Thunder Cast
Chris Hemsworth returns as God of Thunder, Thor. But there is terrible news for Loki fans because Tom Hiddleston will not be returning.
The most surprising member of Thor: Love and Thunder, Natalie Portman, would be returning to MCU as Doctor Jane’s foster. It is not clear whether she is from a multi-universe or not. It has been revealed that Postman’s character will be undergoing cancer treatment.
It is revealed that Russell Crowe will be playing Zeus. The trailer doesn’t,t provide a look at Crowe’s face- we can expect classic bolts of lightning in a quick shot from Olympus.
Jaimie Alexander returns back as Sif, an Asgardian warrior, and Thor’s childhood friend, based on the Norse mythological deity of the same name. More MCU characters could be on the horizon, including Matt Damon reprising his role from Thor: Ragnarok.
Taika Waititi, Director of the film, will also appear on the screen as Korg. The rock star will be making his third appearance after his debut in Thor: Ragnarok and Fortnite-shaped cameo playing against noobmaster69 in Avengers: Endgame.
