Thomas Van Hamme Biography
Thomas Van Hamme is a is a Belgian radio and TV moderator of the Walloon Broadcaster RTBF. His father, Jean Van Hamme, is a Novelist, screenwriter and author of many senari including Largo Winch, he has a brother Nicolas Van hamme. He holds a degree in journalism from ULB.
He begun working on Radio in October 1991, where he presented information flashes and magazines, he went through the print media as an editor of the Brussels cultural magazine Kiosque. In 1994, he become an RTBF moderator, and hosted primetime scientific program I Pig on The One, from 2005 to 2011, with Barbara Louys, the magazine C’est du belgium dedicated to the Belgian monarchy and all that makes the excellence of Belgium.
From 1997 to 2005, he animated games with successively Eve-Marie Vaes, Corinne Boulangier and Maureen Louys, many entertainment events and the latest version of the debates of the Screen Witness. He also commented on many live royal events, like William and Kate’s wedding in April 2011.
He gave the votes from the Belgian televote for the Eurovision Song Contest held in Stockholm, Sweden in 2000. He is currently working in the prime time broadcast on the scientific GpiG A. He also leads the morning Viva Brussels and the talk show of A View on VivaCité in radio.

The host has just announced the death of his sister, Zoe.
Thomas van Hamme is in mourning.
