Theo Mueller has accumulated his wealth through the family-owned Mueller Company, a multinational maker of dairy products, with headquarters in Fischach, Bavaria, Germany. Theo took over the growing company from his father in 1971, whereas his grandfather was the one to establish it in 1896. What was started as a small family business with four employees, today is one the largest dairy-making companies with about 21.000 employees. In 2012, Theo Mueller acquired Britain’s Robert Wiseman Diaries, one of the largest suppliers of fresh milk in the country, for £279.5 mil. (about $450 mil). In July the same year, Theo and Pepsi also announced their joint venture in the U.S. called Muller Quaker Dairy, which is supposed to enter the growing dairy market in the States in mid-July 2013 with premium yogurt products.
