Personal life, husband actor Bryan Cranston

Robin was known to be an American actress and wife of famous actor Bryan Cranston. As they are both in the field of industry, they met while working with the TV series “Airwolf” in 1986. In the said series, Bryan played a villain’s role while Robin was held by him as a hostage. Bryan had scenes where he had to hijack a cruise where Robin was, and even point a gun to her head.

While being together on the set, they had attractions and flirted a lot with one another, but at that time both of them had partners, so when the shooting ended, they went on separate ways.

A year passed, then after their break-up with their former partners, they had the chance to meet again, and when a different kind of romance began. In an interview with “People”, Bryan said that having their former partners at the time he and Robin met helped to strengthen their relationship, ‘I think it was serendipitous, because, as Robin says, if we had been unencumbered at the time and started dating, she doesn’t think that we would have stayed together,” he said.

“But because she had a boyfriend and I had a girlfriend, we were able to flirt without the heavy sexual tension, but there was sexual tension, let me tell you! But not the heavy sexual tension, not the ‘faux pas’ sexual tension, but it was there.”

The couple had been dating for a while, but when the time came that Bryan thought of proposing to Robin, he was nervous and couldn’t utter his feelings in front of her. So instead of saying the magical words, “will you marry me?”, he just invited Robin to take a bath together! At that time, both of them were positioned in the same direction so Bryan could propose without looking into Robin’s face.

Whenever Robin recalled her husband’s proposal, still laughs, remembering how Bryan didn’t allow her to look at him while saying how much he loves her. He even told her to take the wedding ring from his pinky toe. Robin still loved the hilarious proposal, and even said in an interview with Steve Kroft on “60 Minutes”, ‘It was so romantic”.

Robin and Bryan married on 8 July 1989, and because of their careers, both of them agreed not to start their own family right away. After four years, on 12 February 1993, their only child was born, and named Taylor Cranston, who followed her parents footsteps by also becoming an actress. Along with her parents, she appeared in the popular series “Breaking Bad” in 2008, and also made it into the movies such as “Sweet/Vicious” in 2016, and “Heartthrob” in 2017.

For more than 30 years of marriage, Bryan and Robin have managed their romantic and healthy relationship. During their trip in Europe, News had reported that the couple were caught having sex in public on a train while going on a 50-minute long tunnel ride. Bryan told the whole story during his interview with Conan O’Brien. He even gave advice by saying, “Before transferring from one seat to another and crossing over the panel with the stick shift, make sure you keep your trousers on”.

Robin now remains as a loving and supportive wife to her husband. She accompanies Bryan to all events, movie premieres, red carpets and movies.
