After warning local youths to slow down, Julie Eastlake, the widow of an Australian television star claims she has been subjected to a campaign of abuse by local teens on dirt bikes.
Julie Eastlake claimed she phoned the cops, who told her she needed to document the riders’ movements. However, she believes that more petitions to the police have gone unanswered, forcing Ms. Eastlake to conduct her own investigation.
Ms. Eastlake claimed she decided to follow one of the bikers to his house “where all the bikes were.” But she said she couldn’t believe the abuse she claims the 16-year-old directed at her in front of his own mother.
Instead of cops showing up, Ms. Eastlake claims she has received additional abuse from the teenagers.

Julie Eastlake, the wife of late Darrell Eastlake, the late host of Wide World of Sports, stated her calls to the police had gone unanswered.
“All I’m asking is that they (the cops) give us a hand out here,” Ms. Eastlake told A Current Affair.
Ms. Eastlake’s problems began when she moved from her home in Terrigal, on the New South Wales Central Coast, to a little town called Kincumber.
Ms. Eastlake’s husband died four years ago of Alzheimer’s disease, and she said she was forced to downgrade to her current home after the cost of her husband’s care depleted their resources.
While her new home is smaller, life has grown even more complicated, and she’s now discovered a horrible word painted in oil on her front lawn.
She now believes she is being pursued by a local gang of dirt motorcyclists who have been wreaking havoc on the streets on unregistered motorcycles after she attempted to warn some riders to slow down.
