The Capasso siblings are named Hannah Capasso, Katherine Capasso, and Nadia Capasso. The three famously appeared in the Season 2 of the TLC reality series, Extreme Sisters. The new season of the show aired on January 23, 2023.

The triplets with identical faces display their unbreakable bonding with each other while they take sisterhood to next level. The trios who live by their own rules appeared on the third episode of the series on February 6.
In the show, Hannah, Katherine, and Nadia share everything about day in and day out including their plastic surgery habits.
The three have a lot of common grounds which makes up for the strong bonding. They do everything from dress-ups to cosmetics in a matching way.
Hannah describes herself as structured and needs to be well-organized from the start.
Katherine has a more laid-back approach to things and is empathetic in nature. She is high in energy and likes to analyze things.
Nadia is a party-monger among the three siblings. She is outgoing and loves to plan their appearances and outfits before going out.
The Capasso Triplets Had A Face Surgery To Look Alike
The Capasso triplets carried out plastic surgery together to create an identical facial appearance. They have had matching lip fillers, facial fillers, and nose jobs.
Apart from the face surgery, Hannah took the opportunity to perform breast augmentation to increase the size of her chest to create the perfect image she had in her head all along.
This caused a little tension among the sisters as it drenched the idea of appearing identical. Now, Katherine and Nadia are considering doing the same.
Looking at their face alone, a normal human eye cannot distinguish between Hannah, Katherine, and Nadia. They look so much alike, it is impossible to say which one is which.
Furthermore, the trios use a shared Instagram account, @thecapassotriplets which has gained over 135K followers.
The trios combinedly performed three specific surgeries to achieve look-alike faces.
1. Lip Fillers
Lip fillers are a type of surgery where the fillers are injected into the lips to add volume to the lips. It is a type of dermal filler.
Lip fillers are composed of synthetic Hyaluronic Acid, a natural substance present in the human body.
In the US, Lip filler can cost a person anywhere from $500 to $1,000. In most cases, a person only needs one or two fillers per procedure.
2. Facial Fillers
Likewise, Facial Fillers are injected into the face to fill lines and wrinkles. It also adds volume to the cheeks.
This type of filler is not permanent. It stays put for a specified time depending on the quality of the filler and the area of injection.
Facial filler cost about $500 to $ 800 per syringe on average in the United States.
3. Nose Job
A Nose Job is a surgery carried out to reshape the structure of the nose. The surgery is termed Rhinoplasty and it is done either inside the nose or through a small external cut.
The external cut is known as an incision. It is performed at the base of the nose, between the nostrils. To adjust the structure, the surgeon might readjust the bone and cartilage underneath the skin.
A Nose job can cost a person about $5,000 to $10,000 on average in the USA. The addition of filler or liquid procedures will increase the cost by $1,100 or more.
The Triplets Are In Their Mid 20s
The Capasso triplets are 26 years old as of 2023. The three sisters were born in 1997.
Speaking in an interview with TLC on February 18, 2023, the three siblings revealed their ages.
Among the three, Hannah was born first, Katherine was received second, and Nadia was the third to be brought into this world at birth.
The trios say that they have been inseparable and best friends from the womb. They consider themselves lucky to have found built-in best friends in each other.
Hannah, Katherine, and Nadia, all three share a love for video games. In their own words, they are gamers by profession and live stream while playing games.
The triplets are inseparable in every way. They enjoy all by themselves and not a single one of them has formed a romantic relationship yet.
They have been doing everything together since birth and they are never going to be separated or be apart from each other at any cost.
The Capasso Triplets Were Raised By A Family In New York
Hannah, Katherine, and Nadia were born as triplets to their mother Donna Capasso. They were raised in Staten Island, New York.
Donna made a guest appearance in TLC’s Extreme Sisters alongside her three daughters. She is very supportive of her kids’ choice of career and the decisions they take in life.
As a mother, Mrs. Capasso is worried about her kids’ safety because surgeries can have devasting consequences. She is always pushing her children to thrive professionally rather than obsessing with appearance.
Unfortunately, the triplet’s father has not made his appearance in the media. The trios have also not revealed the name of their dad as they try to keep their family details under wraps.
Sister Regina Capasso
Regina Capasso is the big sister of the famous Capasso triplets. Regina is 18 months older than the triplets.
She sat down for an exclusive interview with TLC in February 2023. She talked about her relationship with the triplets and her experience of growing up with them.
Regina is slightly worried about just how close her younger sisters are with each other. The trios share clothes, and shoes and even nod off in the same bed.
In an interview, Regina said that this closure is the result of their upbringing. It has affected their lives in more ways than they could ever imagine. It has affected their emotional growth as adults and heavily affected their romantic relationships.
