Tempestt participated in the third season of the VH1 reality show Celebrity Fit Club in 2006. Each season of the show featured eight celebrities of various backgrounds who could compete to lose weight.
Bledsoe appeared alongside personalities like Chaz Bono, Young MC, Bruce Vilanch, Jeff Conaway, Countess Vaughn, Kelly Le Brock, and more. Although the actress wasn’t the highest-weight loser of the season, she successfully lost 19 pounds (8.6 kg).
Bledsoe managed to lose 10.5% of her total body weight in a short period.

Darryl is an American actor best known for playing the character of Ron Johnson in A Different World.
Tempestt and her partner Bell first met on the sets of A Different World in 1989. The pair, however, took about five years to publicly come out with their relationship.
The actress even supported Darryl when he was sued by his two aunts and stepmother after he lost his father’s fortune of $14.9 million.
