She is of Middle Eastern Pakistani descent and holds dual citizenship of Pakistan and America. The model grew up in Queens, New York, where she began her educational journey. Although the details of her basic education are unknown at the moment, there are sources that she started playing sports, specifically softball, at the age of 8 and continued to do so throughout her school years.
After graduating from her high school, Tehmeena was named the best player in town, thereby winning Sportswoman of the Year.
