According to the source cited by the publication, Joe Alwyn has not been spotted at any of Taylor’s concerts because the relationship just “ran its course.”
The couple dismissed any engagement rumors and maintained their private relationship. In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, Joe Alwyn stated that he wouldn’t discuss whether or not he intended to wed Taylor Swift.
He added that they encourage one another’s professional endeavors. While Taylor Swift was performing in the US as part of her sold-out Eras tour, the news of the breakup broke.
Joe Alwyn used to occasionally accompany her on trips and had plans to see her perform. When explaining the sources of inspiration for her song “Lavender Haze,” Taylor Swift made reference to their relationship for the last time on Instagram. She described the term as wonderful and claimed it meant to be in love.
