Susan Rae parents: Who are Susan Rae’s parents?

Rae studied English at Edinburgh University after being born and reared in Dundee, Scotland. Sadly, there is no information available regarding her parents.
Before her final exams, she graduated from the university and started working for Dundee’s D. C. Thomson newspapers before joining BBC Radio Aberdeen. She stayed there for three years before moving to London to work as a continuity announcer and newsreader for BBC Radio 4 in the early 1980s. The reception to her voice on Radio 4 at the time was unfavorable, and some listeners thought the BBC’s dedication to precise pronunciation was waning.
