The University of Connecticut alum joined the company in November 1995 and has been working there for more than 25 years.
He recently made headlines for casually assaulting and yelling racial slurs at a group of minors.

He believes in bringing clients value that extends beyond ordinary investment management.
Talking about his personal life, Iannazzo is a married man whose family consists of his wife, Pam, and their three young children.
Some even labeled him as a person with serious mental issues and a person lacking in professionalism. Some media users also stated about not using any financial services from him as he can’t even handle himself adequately in public.

James Iannazzo’s racist video of him assaulting a teenage employee by hitting her with a smoothie can be seen discussed on Reddit.
The man expressed his anger after the smoothie was not up to his taste and he kept on asking who made it. Later, he spouted out words like stupid ignorant high school girls, immigrant loser, etc.
In the video, we can see that not only just verbal assault, he even tried to invade into the worker’s area to possibly assault them physically and steal that worker’s phone.
When the four girl workers talked about calling the police through telephone, he was on the move to enter their workspace to prevent them from calling 911 and also pushed their cafe door.

There are many demanding James Iannazzo be arrested or locked up in jail.
And, yes, he did get arrested and got charged with breach of peace.
But, as for now, nothing has come into effect yet about police putting him in custody or taking serious action against this racist James. People want him to be held accountable for his beyond disgusting actions and be terminated from his post.
