Stacey Chanelle Claire Solomon was born on October 4, 1989 in Dagenham, City of London, England. She was born to an Iraqi-Polish and Jewish father, David Solomon, and a British mother, Fiona Solomon. Her mother is the daughter of an English vicar and she works as a nurse while her father is a talented photographer. As she grew up, her parents divorced, which led to the artist having unstable childhood experiences. She developed an interest in music for which she found solace. Stacey completed her basic education at King Solomon High School and also earned a bachelor’s degree in musical theater from the university.

Shortly after graduating, Stacey Solomon started working as a bartender at a country club and later worked at a fish and chip shop before her music career began.
