Mike is stepping down as CEO and preparing to give over the keys to his daughter’s fiance, who is widely regarded as his right-hand man.
Michael, who was born in Doncaster, is expected to take over as CEO in May of next year. The Frasers board of directors informed investors that a compensation and incentive package is being drafted on the assumption that Michael will take over as CEO.
