Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to
apply for a Spanish Visa.
- A Schengen visa application form should be filled completely with all sincerity.
- Two recent passport photographs with a white background (35mm x 45mm).
- Passport with at least 2 blank pages which is valid for a minimum of 3 months beyond the return date.
- A cover letter by the applicant stating the purpose of visit to Spain and itinerary.
- Prove of civil status. (marriage certificate, birth certificate, birth certificate of children, etc)
- Original bank account statement with bank stamp and authorized signatory of the bank for the last 3 months.
- Schengen Travel insurance confirmation of a minimum of 30,000 Euros coverage within Spain.
- Determine the type of visa you are applying for.
- If invited, a letter of invitation from your host should be provided.

Requirements
- This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Spain for business purposes.
- Original Passport with minimum 6 months validity with at least two empty pages
- Spain business visa application needs to be duly filled and signed
- Two recent passport-size colored photographs as per Schengen specifications.
- Company cover letter with entire travel plan on Company letterhead signed by authorized signatory with seal & signature (Sample Business Cover Letter).
- Proof of sufficient funds.
- Invitation letter from host Company stating the purpose of the trip, business details, etc.
- Original updated bank statements for the last one year with bank attestation.
- Income Tax Returns / Form 16 for the last 3 years
- Confirmed Flight Tickets.
- Hotel Reservations/Accommodation.
- Travel Insurance.
Spain Student Visa Eligibility &
Requirements
- This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Spain to study.
- Two Schengen visa application forms duly filled out and signed.
- The passport must be valid for the intended period of your stay in Spain with at least one blank page to affix the visa.
- Two recent photographs passport size with a white background. Staple one photo on each of the application forms.
- Letter of acceptance as a full-time student from Spain’s University/School indicating the name, address and registration number of the school with Spain’s Department of Education; full payment of all of the costs of tuition, duration of the program, subjects of the study and hours of study per week, which must be no less than 20.
- Health Insurance (only the original form will be accepted).
- Proof of financial means during your stay.
- You should provide the following: Letter from the University or School in Spain assuming full financial responsibility during your stay
- Proof of financial aid or scholarship for at least $1,000 per month for room and board
- Notarized letter from your parents or legal guardians assuming full financial responsibility for at least $1,000 per month for room and board.
- Personal bank account statements showing at least $1,000 per month of stay.
- Proof of hostel/accommodation.
Spain Tourist Visa Eligibility &
Requirements
- This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Spain for sightseeing/visitation.
- Two passport size photographs(35mm x 45mm).
- The passport must be valid for the intended period of your stay in Spain with at least one blank page to affix the visa.
- Personal bank statements for the last three months.
- Confirmed and valid travel insurance with coverage for emergency medical treatment with a minimum of €30,000.
- No objection letter from your company (if employed) or school/university (if student).
- Proof of hotel reservation.
- Proof of flight reservation.
- Personal covering letter with entire travel plan (itinerary).

Requirements
- This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to work in an organization in Spain.
- A passport valid for a minimum of six months ahead of your stay in Spain.
- Two passport size photographs (35mm x 45mm).
- Spain work visa application form duly filled.
- A cover letter (containing your travel itinerary and plan).
- Travel insurance policy.
- Travel itineraries (Either a flight ticket or flight reservation).
- Financial proof (About 70 Euros for every day you stay in Spain).
- Authorization letter (This could be a no object letter/leave approval letter from your employer).
- Proof of clean criminal record.
- Proof of financial means during your stay in Spain.
