Libbie Mugrabi is a recent Internet sensation after her divorce from a wealthy man. She won $100 million as a part of her alimony and was living kingsize after that. However, things turned completely upside down after she got robbed in a hotel in Spain.
At Six Senses Ibiza, Mugrabi was staying in a four-bedroom villa when, according to her, her apartment was broken into, and approximately $500,000 worth of jewelry and apparel were taken.
Mugrabi arrived on the Spanish island on July 14 to film a lifestyle piece for the German television network RTL. She informed the hotel that her wallet was gone on July 15, even though she claimed it was later discovered in her villa. Days later, when she was getting ready to go, she realized she had been robbed.
Mugrabi said that because her assistant’s foot was damaged and he was unable to keep an eye on her possessions, the burglars were able to access her expensive items at the $4600-per-night hotel.
The affluent fashion mogul said that she informed the hotel’s front desk of the theft when she learned about the burglary on July 20.
