Slovakia is a landlocked country in Central Europe with over 5 million residents. It shares borders in the north with Poland, Ukraine to the east, the Czech Republic to the west, Hungary to the south, and Austria to the southwest.

Slovakia is a member of the European Union and Schengen system, thus it can issue a Schengen visa.
Driving under the influence of alcohol is illegal in Slovakia and will land you in jail, the alcohol tolerance level is zero per cent. Avoid getting involved in drugs in any way, the penalty for drug-related offences are very severe.

- Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay in Slovakia, with at least one blank passport page available for a Slovakia visa stamp.
