Skylar Astin And Anna Kemp’ Divorce Reason And Wedding
Pitch Perfect stars Skylar Astin and Anna Camp announced their divorce after less than three years of marriage, but their reason for the split is still unclear.
The couple had announced that they were filing for divorce on April 2019, but their divorce was finalized in late August 2019. They confirmed that their decision regarding the separation was made mutually and amicably, as they jointly told E! News.
Astin and Camp were married for two and a half years. They first met while filming “Pitch Perfect” in 2012, and even though they didn’t have a scene together, they got to know each other. Skylar and Anna had first labeled their relationship as “just friends”.
Camp mentioned that she wasn’t ready to jump into another romantic relationship after her divorce from her ex-husband Michael Mosley. She also had some thoughts related to their age difference.
Astin told PopSugar that it was love at first sight for him. He knew that Anna was the one and he was sure that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. Later in 2016, they announced their engagement news to the public.
They got married in September 2016 but their marriage went downhill and they were last seen together in 2018 before they announced their split.
