Diahann Caroll passed away on October 4, 2019, from breast cancer.
In addition to that, she was diagnosed with breast cancer back in 1997. Although she had no family history of breast cancer and she always lived a healthy lifestyle, she was stunned after she found out about cancer. After undergoing nine weeks of radiation therapy, she had been clear for years after the diagnosis.
However, she died on October 4, 2019, in Los Angeles at the age of 84.
