Shaq Weight Loss
Shaq lost motivation, and his fitness worsened as a result of multiple tragedies and personal losses.
Shaq’s sister died before Kobe. Then Kobe died, followed by the deaths of another 28 persons. After that, he didn’t want to do anything because 2020 was a very horrible year for him.
‘So, when you don’t feel like doing anything but need to keep out of trouble, there are two things you can do: eat or watch Netflix,’ he explained.
Also, he added, “I realized I couldn’t keep going like this,” he said, “so I took away the bread, chocolate, and cakes.”
During this time, the former Los Angeles Laker has lost ten kg and completely transformed his body, thanks to a new diet.
“Now I only consume tiny servings of fruits, protein drinks, salads, fish, poultry, asparagus, and other veggies.”
“I’ve started to notice stuff like a six-pack, which I haven’t seen since 2006 in Miami.”
“I do 20 minutes of cardio followed by a little chest, biceps, triceps, abs, and back, an hour a day.”
How Much Does He Weigh Now?
Shaq is now 147 kg and is looking in good shape.
Looking at his recent body transformation, many people are inspired and have praised him online.
